Co-founder

Michal Bocian

Co-founder of PolBras Global, based in Brazil and focused on connecting international buyers with Brazilian coffee exporters at origin.

Michal brings over 17 years of commercial experience from London, including roles at firms such as Knight Frank, where he progressed to Partner level and led a high-performing team, building and managing a substantial portfolio of long-term client relationships and repeat transactions.

Now operating from Brazil, he leads buyer communication and deal coordination, ensuring clarity, alignment, and continuity from initial contact through to execution.

Miguel Kapp

Co-founder of PolBras Global, based in Brazil and bringing over 30 years of experience within the local business environment.

Miguel provides on-the-ground expertise across communication, negotiation, and execution. With a deep understanding of how business is conducted locally, he plays a key role in coordinating with exporters and maintaining strong working relationships at origin.

He supports the operational side of each transaction, helping ensure alignment between exporter and buyer, and that deals progress smoothly through to completion.
